New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan`s upcoming film `Kick` is
already making headlines. If reports are to be believed, then `Dabangg`
Khan`s much awaited action film has broken the record of arch-rival Shah
Rukh Khan`s `Darr` much before its release.
The king Khan`s 1993 release
held the record of longest chase sequence in a Bollywood flick, which
has now reportedly been broken by Sallu bhai in `Kick`. The sequence
where Salman Khan is seen cycling through narrow lanes of old Delhi and
walking across a railway track in slow motion clocks in at over four
minutes, making it one of the longest chase sequences in Bollywood.
The scene in question has been recorded with multiple cameras set up on rooftops and building terraces.
The
filmmakers have now decided to approach the Limca Book of Records to
register the scene. However, they have decided to do it sometime after
the release of the film.
Besides the record breaking chase, Sajid
Nadiadwala`s directorial debut `Kick` has several other jaw-dropping
action sequences which will certainly keep the audiences on the edge of
their seats.
The makers have high expectations from the film,
expecting that several other records will be shattered once the film
hits the silver screen. `Kick` is all set to hit the theatres this Eid.
